Shipping & Returns
For all orders received before 1pm (AEST), these will be dispatched on the same day. All orders post this shall be the very next business day. If orders are placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be shipped on the first available business day.
As soon as orders have left our warehouse they are out of Arqutypes control and are in the trusting hands of Australia Post. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout so you can receive your tracking number from us but updates from Australia Post.
Please note that Arqutype cannot be held responsible for items that are left unattended by your local postal service. Once an item states ‘delivered’ on our tracking system, you must take up any enquiries with Australia Post.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES:
All orders above $1000 AUD will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information.

Please expect delays with all deliveries during this time due to flights being grounded and delays occurring with customs clearances that are constantly changing. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control but we are keeping in contact with our shipping partners to make sure that everything keeps moving. We completely understand that you would love to receive your Arqutype Shorts right away. We kindly ask that we all be patient and understanding during this time.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn, unused and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (including gift box). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or items purchased using 'Promo Codes'.
Orders placed with one of our stockists must be returned via the stockist.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
All postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer, not Arqutype. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as Arqutype is not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items are inspected by our staff upon arrival.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Although we try our absolute best to process these exchanges as soon as possible, this can take up to 7 business days.
